Return Cost

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an undamaged product within 7 days of the product’s delivery. Once we receive the returned item we will then issue a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. A refund of return postage is only issued if the product itself is deemed faulty. Please email admin@lashmajic.com for all returns.

Returned items must be delivered to us undamaged, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your returned item to be delivered back, processed, and money refunded back into your account.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your product for another the customer is liable for the cost of shipping for the return of the product, as the shipping cost of the newly selected product.
